These are interactive sessions based on co-creation between you and your "team" of Angels, Guides, Masters, your Higher Self and Source.

Each session is a unique blend of:
  • Discussion
  • Energy Work
  • Readings (psychic, mediumship and/or Akashic Records)
  • Meditation
  • Whatever else your team comes up with to serve your specific needs and goals.

You choose the area(s) of life or topics to focus on.
I tune-in to your "team" and together (you, me, and your team) spend time discussing actual plans of physical and spiritual action to ensure growth and change over time. 
​Each session will look differently.  Each session builds upon the previous one to intuitively coach you to where you want to be.

These sessions are best suited for those who want regular and continual guidance and support as they actively work toward growth and change.

Step One:
Intuitive Coaching Session (1.5 hours)
Our initial session is focused on
  • discussion of what you are wanting to work toward     (if you don't know what you want to work toward ... that's perfectly ok... we will figure it out together)
  • me giving a reading and/or energy work to get our teams' input
  • discussion of what your next steps would be to start moving in your desired direction
  • a decision as to whether we choose to work together​
Step Two:
​Intuitive Coaching Sessions (60 min)

After your initial session we begin meeting as needed
​(weekly, bi-monthly, etc) to keep you moving forward
in your desired direction.  
We will continue to use a unique blend of your feedback, my intuitive abilities, and your team's input in each session.
These sessions will be 60 minutes in length
​until you are well on your way.
Step Three:
​Intuitive Coaching Session (30 min)

These sessions are to keep you on track
as well as to begin wrapping up the intuitive coaching process.

Together we will decide when to switch from 60 minute to 30 minute sessions.
